Balance updates
- Adjusted Gyarados stats: DEF: 9 → 6 ; SPE_DEF: 2 → 5 ; on Stage 9 PvE fight only, AP -50
- Reduced fire shard HP cost in Double Up
- Adapted Time Travel Celebi passive to work with Double Up, but only once per fight
- Double Up Golden egg trade cooldown: +3 turns
- Unown D moved from stages 1-19 to stage 20+
- Nerf Porygon: DEF: 12/16/16 → 8/12/12, SPE_DEF: 12/16/16 → 8/12/12
- Buff Phanpy line: ATK 5/10 → 6/14, HP 80/180 → 80/200
- Buff Rufflet line: PP 100 → 80
- Buff Taillow line: PP 100 → 80
- Buff Basculin (Blue & Red): DEF 4 → 6, SPE_DEF: 3 → 5
- Nerf Jigglypuff line: PP 90 → 100
- Buff Chimecho line: PP 80 → 75
Bugfixes
- Fixed Dragon Rage shield conversion and force it when Gyarados cast again before the end of the effect
- Fixed Precipice Blades damage and added a 5th upgrade tier
- Pikachu Libre can now be sold for 3 gold
- Fixed Smeargle copying abilities it shouldn't
- Fixed Loaded Dice + Razor Fang combo not applying armor break on secondary hits
- Fixed Zoruark Illusion passive acting like a Ditto and triggering count-based evolutions
- Fixed Substitute not holding items causing item loss when using Dojo Ticket
- Fixed Regional Pokemon now shimmering correctly in the shop and added a new pool indicator for additional picks
- Fixed player detail tooltips hidden behind the shop
- Fixed lifebar not updating mid-fight when max PP changes
